Your personal venue database on Tourmanagement.com is where all the custom venues you've created are stored. This tutorial explains how to access and manage these venues, collaborate with others, and optionally publish them to the shared public venue database.
Accessing Your Personal Venue List
Log in to your Tourmanagement.com account.
Click "My Venues" in the top-right corner of the screen.
You will see a list of venues you’ve created, including:
Name
Last updated date and time
Status (indicates whether the venue has been submitted for public listing)
Action button with management options
If you haven’t created any venues yet, this section will be empty.
Using the Action Button
Each venue has an action button offering several options
1. Request to Publish
Submit your venue to the Tourmanagement.com team for review. Once approved, it will be added to the public venue database.
2. Edit
Update or complete venue details. Fields marked with * are mandatory. At the bottom of the edit form, you have the option to delete the venue.
3. Edit Editors
Grant editing access to other members:
Use the dropdown menu to select from members who you are connected to through Tourmanagement.com
Editors will receive an email and gain full editing permissions, including inviting others.
You can remove an editor anytime by clicking "Remove editor" next to their name.
If people use a nickname in their profile, they will appear accordingly in the dropdown.
4. Edit Bands
Choose which artist(s) you want the venue to be available for:
Check the box next to the desired band(s).
This is useful if you're in multiple bands with different subscriptions.
5. Delete Venue
Permanently remove the venue from your personal database. Remains in the events where it was assigned to.
Public Venue Database
To explore venues shared publicly:
Click "Venues" in the top-left to browse or filter by:
Capacity
Room dimensions
Capacity type
If you are signed in, from this site, you can also:
Switch to the Dashboard tab to view your personal venue list
Add or edit venues directly
For account updates, it's best to manage settings through app.tourmanagement.com on the personal page.
