Your personal page is the central hub for all your private information and settings on Tourmanagement.com. It’s where you can update contact info, upload key documents, set travel preferences, and manage your band subscriptions—all in one secure place.

How to Access Your Personal Page

  • Click your profile name at the top right of the screen (next to “My Venues”).

  • This opens your Personal Page—a scrollable (or navigate with the left hand pane) dashboard organized into editable tiles.

Key Sections & What You Can Do

1. Personal Info

  • Click the three vertical dots on the tile next to the title to edit.

  • Update your first name, last name, gender, date and country of birth, and nationality.

  • Click Save to confirm your changes.

  • To update your email or password, click the dots next to your name, then choose:

    • Change Email Address

    • Change Password

2. Contact Details

  • Click the three vertical dots on the tile to edit.

  • Add or update:

    • Addresses

    • Phone numbers

    • Emergency contacts

    • Travel bases (e.g., preferred airport or train station)

Use the + button within each section to add entries.

3. Documents

  • Click the three vertical dots on the tile to edit.

  • Upload key documents like:

  • Passports, visas, work permits

  • Social security and driving forms

  • Vehicle info

Click the + button to upload and complete required fields (* indicates mandatory).

4. Preferences

Customize preferences by using the three-dot menu:

  • Body: Shirt/shoe sizes, allergies, dietary needs

  • Hotel: Location preferences, elevator proximity

  • Flight: Seating or airline preferences

  • Loyalty programs: Add frequent flyer, hotel memberships, etc.

5. Band Subscriptions

  • View all the bands you're part of.

  • Use the pencil icon to set a nickname or role per band—these display in events.

  • To leave a band, click the red “Leave Band” link (this cannot be undone, you'll need a new invite).

  • Click “Subscribe to iCal feed” to:

    • Copy a personal calendar link

    • Choose what to include (e.g., attendance, event type, event status)

Note: your event visibility depends on your band permissions.

6. API Keys

  • If you need to connect external apps or services, you can generate and manage API keys here.

  • For help, refer to the dedicated API article or contact support.


Optional Extras

  • Sign Out: Use the button at the top of the page, next to your name.
