Accessing Band Settings
The Band Settings are only accessible if you have the "Manage Band" permission. Let’s dive in and see what options are rocking for you.

Band Settings
In Band Settings, you can change the name of your band or even delete the band's page if needed. Just like a true rock star, you’re in control of your band's identity—rename it or pull the plug if it's time to wrap up. -
Subscription
Check out your current subscription status—whether it's a trial, yearly, or a custom package. This is also where you can change your plan. Got questions about subscriptions? Don’t hesitate to reach out at support@tourmanagement.com or visit our subscription page. -
Regional Settings
Set your preferred time zone, date, and time format settings. You can access these settings by clicking on the three vertical dots on the right side of the title. Make sure your band is always on time, wherever you’re rocking out! -
Event Settings
Event settings, accessible through the three vertical dots on the right side of the title, let you customize and organize your workflow. We've pre-filled the basics to give you a head start, but you can tweak everything to fit your groove—change names, reorder items, or swap icons. Here’s what you can adjust:-
Event Types: Add or remove event types to organize your tour exactly how you want it. Just don’t forget to smash that save button once you’re done making changes!

Ticket & Pass Types: Set up the passes for your guest list—decide what kind of passes you want to be able to select later in your event. For each show, you can select the available ticket & pass types and define how many are available. This is done later, at an event level. Remember: no save, no glory, so be sure to hit that save button.

Info Blocks: Add or remove information blocks you want on your event callsheets, and drag them into the perfect order. Some essential "intelligent" blocks like Venue, People, Schedule, Guest List, Travel, and Accommodation are predefined to keep you on track. And yes, hit save when you’re happy with it!

Member Settings
Member categories help keep things tight and organized, making it easy to know who's on board for each event. Whether it's bandmates, crew, or drivers, everyone’s got their role in making the magic happen! Access settings by clicking on the three vertical dots.
