Need to share or save event details in a professional, print-friendly format? The Save Event as PDF feature makes it simple to generate a custom document with just the information you need. Follow these steps to create and download your event PDF.
Step 1: Access the Save as PDF Option
- Navigate to the event you want to save as a PDF.
- Click the three dots (•••) next to the event title.
- Select "Save Event as PDF" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Customize Your PDF
When the pop-up opens, you’ll see several options to tailor your PDF:
- File Title: Set a custom title for your PDF file.
- Paper Size: Choose between A4 or US Letter to match your preferred format.
- Intro Text: Add a short introduction that will appear as the first block in your PDF. Think of this as the perfect spot to add any critical remarks—because let’s face it, some artists (or crew) will skim the first line and completely miss the details later. Keep it sharp, so no one can say, “Oh, I didn’t see that!”
- Event Details:
- Select which details to include in your PDF by ticking the checkboxes next to each item.
- Rearrange the order of the details by dragging and dropping the items using the three lines in front of each one.
- Personal or General Info: Choose whether to include personal details (e.g., flight tickets, rooms) or stick to general event information.
Step 3: Download Your PDF
- Once your customizations are complete, click the "Download PDF" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Wait a moment—generating the PDF may take up to 20 seconds as we compile your customized document.
- Your PDF will start downloading automatically.
