Once you’ve added a schedule to your event, you can start building it out by adding, editing, or deleting entries. Schedule entries help you define what’s happening and when, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Accessing the Schedule Editor
- On the Event Details page, find the schedule you want to manage.
- Click the three dots (•••) next to the schedule title.
- Select "Edit" to open the Schedule Editor.
Adding a Schedule Entry
To add a new entry:
- In the Schedule Editor, scroll to the Add Entry section.
- Fill out the fields:
- Title: Describe the activity (e.g., “Soundcheck”).
- Start Date & Time: Specify when the activity begins.
- End Date & Time: Specify when the activity ends.
- Time Zone: Ensure it matches the event’s location.
- Optionally:
- Use the Only for Members dropdown to make the entry visible to specific people. Leave blank if it applies to everyone.
- Add a Description to include additional details (e.g., “Bring your own gear for this soundcheck”).
- Click "Add Entry" to save the entry.
Tip: After adding an entry, the form resets so you can quickly add more. Your existing entries will appear below, ordered chronologically.
Editing an Existing Entry
To edit an entry:
- In the Schedule Editor, scroll to the entry you want to update.
- Click the Actions button next to the entry and select "Edit".
- A pop-up will appear. Update the fields as needed:
- Title: Change the activity name.
- Start Date & Time: Adjust when the activity begins.
- End Date & Time: Adjust when the activity ends.
- Time Zone: Update the time zone if needed.
- Only for Members: Change the visibility settings.
- Description: Edit the details for the activity.
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the pop-up to save your changes.
Deleting an Entry
To remove an entry:
- In the Schedule Editor, find the entry you want to delete.
- Click the Actions button next to the entry and select "Delete".
- A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Confirm your decision to delete the entry.
Note: Once deleted, an entry cannot be recovered. Be sure you want to remove it before confirming.
Saving Your Changes
When you’re finished adding, editing, or deleting entries:
- Review the schedule to ensure all details are correct.
- Click "Finish Editing" to exit the Schedule Editor.
