Need a hard copy or PDF of your schedule? The "Download Schedule" feature allows you to create a professional, shareable version of your schedule, perfect for printing or sharing digitally.
Accessing the Print Option
To print or export a schedule:
- On the Event Details page, locate the schedule block you want to print or export.
- Click the three dots (•••) next to the schedule title.
- Select "Download Schedule" from the dropdown menu.
Customizing Your Download
When you select "Download Schedule", a popup will appear with customization options:
- File Title: Set a custom title for your file to make it easy to identify.
- Paper Size: Choose between A4 or US Letter, depending on your preferred format.
- Include Introductory Note: Add a short note that will appear at the top of the schedule. This is useful for providing context or special instructions.
- Select Personal or Full Schedule: Choose between exporting your personal schedule (entries relevant only to you) or the full schedule.
After configuring these options, click "Download schedule".
Generating and Downloading the Schedule
Once you confirm the download:
- The system will begin generating your PDF. This process may take up to 20 seconds, depending on the size of the schedule.
- The file will automatically download to your device once ready.
Note: If the file doesn’t download, check your browser’s popup blocker settings. Ensure popups are allowed for Tourmanagement.com.
Why Print or Export a Schedule?
Printing or exporting your schedule is a great way to:
- Display On-Site: Print and post the schedule in a visible location, such as backstage or in the crew area.
- Share with Offline Participants: Provide a physical copy to team members without access to the app.
- Keep a Backup: Save a PDF for reference.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with downloading:
- Ensure your browser’s popup blocker is disabled for Tourmanagement.com.
- Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again.
